WHERE TO STAY:

  • Stay at the newly renovated Eden Rock Hotel, a St Barths institution, ideally in one of the rooms on the rock, overlooking St. Jean Bay.
  • The newly renovated Cheval Blanc Hotel by Jacques Grange is a gem of understated luxury.
  • Le Sereno is probably my favourite hotel on the island, it’s small but charming and has a wonderful bay, perfect for windsurfing and paddle boarding.

WHERE TO EAT:

  • Fouquet’s Restaurant, great for a tête-à-tête dinner with the view of Gustavia.
  • Le Toiny is one of my favourite spots for lunch on the island. Secluded and relaxed with great food.
  • L’Esprit, a great lunch or dinner spot near Plage de Saline, one of my favourite beaches on the island.
  • Sand Bar, the newly refurbished restaurant at the Eden Rock Hotel, is great for long, fun lunches by the sea.
  • My favourite Japanese restaurant in Paris, Kinugawa, has newly opened a restaurant in the heart of Gustavia, a place for a fun dinner with great ambiance
  • I love Le Sereno Al Mare Restaurant for its delicious Italian food and it is set in one of my favourite hotels on the island, the Le Sereno.

WHERE TO DRINK:

  • Shellona Restaurant and Beach Club is great for a sunset drink or a late lunch with music and cocktails.
  • Le Tamarin Restaurant, a relaxed and divine place to enjoy a drink or a dinner in the garden’s gazebo.

"My favourite cocktail, a spicy margarita at Shellona Restaurant and Beach Club"

WHAT TO DO:

  • I love going to the Guerlain Spa at the Cheval Blanc Hotel after a long, sunny day. The cryo and hydrating facials are simply heavenly.
  • Try the deep tissue massages and rejuvenating facials at the Sisley Spa in the Christopher Hotel. You won’t regret it.

WHERE TO SHOP:

  • Discover Aquazzura’s new collection at my favourite shop on the island, Carla St Barth.
