Aquazzura unveils the Casa collection
In the splendid setting of the Chiostro Cappuccio, in the heart of Milan, a marvellous secret garden unveils itself: here Aquazzura presents its first Casa collection through an installation divided into four different but interconnected zones that recreate the main themes of the collection.
As its name suggests, the Secret Garden line features an enchanting selection of botanical elements in lush shades of green. The exotic motifs take inspiration from fine Chinese porcelain by reinterpreting the delicate botanical motifs of the 18th century. Floral prints, butterflies and birds mingle among brilliant shades of green to create a wonderful exotic effect.
Jaipur is inspired by a love of travel, prints, geometric patterns and adventure. Floral designs, inspired by ancient temples, are combined with chevron motifs and graphic stripes to create contrasts with a contemporary effect. The rich palette of shades - from burgundy to ochre, powder pink to kelly green and Klein blue - evokes distant exotic lands.
The elegant shapes of the Cherry Blossom line are a representation of spring, beauty and renewal. For this collection, we chose the delicate floral motif to create a structured and unique shape, hand-carved in a range of pastel shades. The soft pink, yellow and green colours are designed to be mixed and matched. A refined floral line to add originality and depth to spring tables.
A summer in Italy amidst sunny flower gardens, coloured by lemons, cherries, strawberries and peaches: this is the inspiration behind the Tutti Frutti collection, which combines the retro feel of white porcelain with sinuous borders with vivid illustrations of fruit in a palette of intense primary colours.
