Return and refund

Information on the right of withdrawal - Legal guarantee of conformity and return of faulty and non-conforming goods

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 14 days of receiving your order, including its original packaging and tags. The security tags must still be intact and attached to return item(s); it must not be cut or broken.

 

Upon receipt of your order, you have to wait 24 hours to allow the update of the delivery within your personal account. Once the update has taken place, the opportunity to proceed with the return request will be enabled.

RETURN REQUEST MODE

If you want to make a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. After 24 hours from receipt of your order, log in to your account here: Login. Click on "My Orders" section and then "Request Return". Select the order containing the items you wish to return or replace, specifying the reason and the request.
  2. Check your inbox, you will receive a confirmation email containing the return form with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for returning the product. Remember to include the completed return form inside the package along with the product.
    If you choose to use our courier, the cost of the service will be deducted from the refund of the products.
    Would you like to print your Return Form again? You can download it directly from your account, accessing the "My Returns" area. Select the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), view the request and click on ""Download Return Form (PDF).
  3. Put the products in their original packaging: the products must be returned in the same conditions as you received them, i.e. in perfect condition, complete with all their elements, unused, with the original packaging and any attached manuals, labels and tags still on the product.
    Returned items will be checked by our warehouse to verify that they have been returned intact and we will charge you for any reduction in the value of the goods, refunding only the residual value of the Product.
  4. Send your return by applying the UPS shipping label sent with your products on the outside of the box or print the one you received by e-mail in the withdrawal confirmation.
    Keep the shipping receipt.
    When the return reaches our warehouse, we will make the refund on the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.) or by bank transfer. Cash on delivery orders will be refunded by bank transfer.



LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY - RETURN OF DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In case of faults and/or non-conformities, you will have the right to restore the conformity of the product, through repair or replacement, or alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by art. 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. (Consumer Code).

If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, faulty or incorrect product, you may request repair, replacement or refund of the item no later than 2 (two) months after discovery. Pursuant to and for the effects of the European Directive 771/2019 / EC and the Consumer Code, the products you have purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers defects of conformity of products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months after delivery, it being understood that your action to assert the aforementioned lack of conformity will expiry in any case within the term of twenty-six months from delivery.
To request a refund, follow the instructions given in the previous paragraph - "Return Request" - specifying "Damaged, non-compliant or incorrectly sent product" as the reason for return and attaching one or more pictures of the item in question, in which the defect is clearly visible.


Once the procedure is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the return form and all the instructions to proceed with the shipment. The authorization to return the product will not constitute, in any way, recognition of non-conformity, whose existence must be verified by us after the return. We reserve the right to proceed with the refund of the defective item only after carrying out the appropriate quality checks to verify the actual non-conformity of the returned product.

In the event that the non-conformity of the product is ascertained, we will make the refund using the same method of payment used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid, PayPal, etc..) or by bank transfer.
